We offer several options for companies
considering our web-based training*. The
option that is best for your organization will depend on how
much training you anticipate doing, how many people you plan to
train, and how much administrative functionality you require.
First let's talk about the difference between purchasing single
courses for individuals vs. purchasing any of our workgroup or
corporate training options.
When you purchase a course (or a Personal Training Library) as
an individual, you get access to that course for one month (or
three months if you chose that option during your purchase).
This gives you access to your own training records, but others
will not be able to access your training records.

Training Administration
All of our workgroup or corporate subscription plans come with
training administration functionality in addition to the
training itself. This means that you would have an
administrator who would be responsible for registering your
employees for training. That administrator would also have
the ability to monitor your employee's training progress.
Longer Training Access Time
Your employees will have access to their training as long as you
have an active "contract" for training in place with us.
Depending on the number of credits (more on credits later) that
you purchase, the contract will range between 6 months and one
year. This means that if you purchase a Starter Workgroup
today (that is 10 credits and a 6 month agreement) any employees
registered for the training today will have 6 full months access
to the training.
Unlimited Training Access Time
But wait...there's more! All you need to do at the end of
the six months is renew that 10 credit agreement for another 6
months and all employees who have already taken training will
continue to have access to any courses they have already taken.
We have some customers who have been using our training for over
4 years and those employees who took training initially four
years ago STILL have access to the training courses today.
Why would they need on-going access to the training you may be
wondering? Many of our customers use our training for
annual recertification purposes; each year employees
are required to review the training course and retake the tests.
OK, so now you are probably understanding that it is a really
SMART move to purchase a Workgroup or Corporate Subscription if
you have even as few as three or four employees to train.
So, what exactly are the various options that we offer?
The Web-based Training Options fall into two categories:
Workgroups or Corporations. However, all options are based
on the purchase of credits so let's discuss what credits are
first.

We
don't actually sell training courses. What we sell is
credits that can then be used to purchase courses.
Currently all of our courses "cost" one credit per learner per
course. This means that if you purchase a 10 credit
Starter Workgroup, you will have 10 credits with which to
purchase courses. This means that you can assign 10
learners to take one course each, or 5 learners to take two
courses each, or...ok, you get the picture. At some point
in the future we may have courses that are a partial credit.
For example, we may offer over view courses that are just 0.5
credits each. Or, we may have even bigger courses than
we have now and those credits may be worth two credits.
But, don't worry, the courses that are currently one credit
today will remain at one credit - we won't do a "bait and switch"
job!

Workgroup subscriptions are ideal for small companies or
departments or divisions within larger companies. With a
Workgroup Subscription you will have one training administrator
who will assign training to your employees. You can have
an unlimited number of employees in your workgroup. You
can assign some of the employees as supervisors so that they can
review the training records for employees assigned to them.
There are three levels of Workgroup Subscriptions and the levels
determine the number of initial credits and contract time period
Workgroups come with one cost
center and one cost center administrator can be assigned to that
cost center. <details>
Large Workgroup

The Subscription Term of a
Corporate Subscription is One Year; the First Year of a
Large Workgroup Subscription requires a purchase of 100
Credits with each Credit priced at $55.

Subsequent year renewals**
require a purchase of an additional 50 Credits at $55 per
Credit.

Reinstatement of an elapsed
Large Workgroup Subscription is $129. Subscriptions cannot
be reinstated once they have lapsed for six months.
Small Workgroup

The Subscription Term of a
Small Workgroup Subscription is Six Months and requires a
purchase of 25 Credits with each Credit priced at $57.

Subsequent renewals** (every
six months) require a purchase of an additional 15 Credits
at $57 per Credit.

Reinstatement of an elapsed
Small Workgroup Subscription is $129. Small Workgroup
Subscriptions cannot be reinstated once they have lapsed for
three months.
Starter Workgroup

The Subscription Term of a
Starter Workgroup Subscription is Six Months and requires a
purchase of 10 Credits with each Credit priced at $59.

Subsequent renewals** (every
six months) require a purchase of an additional 10 Credits
at $59 per Credit.

Starter Workgroup Subscription is $129. Starter Workgroup
Subscriptions cannot be reinstated once they have lapsed for
three months.

Corporate subscriptions come with
an unlimited number of cost centers and cost center
administrators. <details>

Corporate Subscription is One Year; the First Year of a
Corporate Subscription remains at 250 Credits with each
Credit priced at $49.

require a purchase of an additional 100 Credits at $49 per
Credit.

Corporate Subscription is $249. Subscriptions cannot be
reinstated once they have lapsed for six months.
