does not expire. We send out a series of reminders when
your support agreement is coming to an end, but we cannot assure
that you will receive the e-mail or mailed invoice. It is
ultimately your responsibility to assure that your support and
upgrades agreement remains current.

installation must request a CD disk be shipped. We
ship upgrades by US Mail. Please call
800-810-8326/802-496-5888 or e-mail us.
We only provide new disks when there has been a critical
change in the program.
Download the upgrade file. Once
downloaded, locate the file and double-click it to begin the
upgrade process. When asked where to install the upgrade
to, select the location of the RE_LMC3 folder either on the
server (for LAN installations) or the harddrive of the local
computer (for CD-ROM installations). For full CD-ROM
installations, assuming you selected the default on the initial
installation, please select the default for the upgrade
installation - it is C:\Program Files\RE_LMC3.
Each course and the Learning Management
Center are treated separately in terms of versions. This
way, when there is an update, you don't need to download
everything - just the course files you need to upgrade or the
Learning Management Center if that is what you are upgrading.
To determine the version of your
Learning Management Center, go into the Administration area
of the Learning Management Center. Look on the right-hand
navigation panel and you will see LMC Version. This will
tell you the version of the Learning Management Center.
To determine the version of your courses,
go into the Administration area of the Learning Management
Center. Look at the right-hand navigation panel and click
on the link that says Check Course File Versions. This may
take a few seconds to generate the information - actually, if
you have a lot of courses, it will take longer than a few
seconds. Go get a cup of coffee and it should be done by
the time you get back. Now you will see a list of the
course files that you currently have. Click on the check
version button and it will provide you with the version numbers
and build numbers.
