Support status to assure that your Support and Upgrade Agreement
does not expire. We send out a series of reminders when
your support agreement is coming to an end, but we cannot assure
that you will receive the e-mail or mailed invoice. It is
ultimately your responsibility to assure that your support and
upgrades agreement remains current.
