concurrent standard user. Train an unlimited number of
people at your site. Additional concurrent users are $500 each.
Concurrent Standard LAN users can only be used for the
course for which they were purchased.

Concurrent Power LAN users can be used for
all courses on the network. $995 for the course files
and $1,000 per concurrent power user. Train an

training (CD-ROM or LAN) and wish to upgrade to web-based

or Large Workgroup or a Corporate Subscription.

Shipping to the continental US and Canada:
Free ground UPS shipping. Faster shipping is available at
the actual cost of shipping which varies based on the weight of
the item and the destination. Orders received by 2:00pm on
a regular business day will be shipped the same day.

Computer-Based Products:
We offer a 100% money back guarantee within 30
days of purchase if you are dissatisfied with our product for any
reason. To request a refund, please call Resource
Engineering, Inc. customer service (800-810-8326 or
802-496-5888) for an RMA number. At that time you will be
instructed on the steps you need to take to de-authorize the
training program (takes less than 5 minutes). You will
be requested to e-mail the de-authorized license file to
Resource Engineering. Upon verification of the
de-authorized file, you will receive a full refund.
Annual Agreement
A valid Support and Upgrade Agreement
entitles you to unlimited technical support (toll-free phone,
e-mail or through our Knowledge Base) and no-charge upgrades to
the courseware and the Learning Management Center.
One-year free Support and Maintenance is
included with all courseware. Support for subsequent years
is:
- Network and CD-ROM Versions: $249/year flat rate
covers all courses (Unlimited support regardless of the
number of programs you have).
- If you have just one CD-ROM: $129/year for the
one course. This option is only available if you
have just one course.
Renew the Agreement prior to the end of the
existing support
term. For each quarter early that you renew, you get a
FREE quarter added to your SUA.Typically, upgrades
will be available as downloads from the Customer Area of our
website.
