First search our
Knowledge
Base. Just about every problem we have ever had
is documented in the knowledge base. The Knowledge Base is
available 24/7/365 and is available regardless of the status of your
support agreement.
However, if you are running our web-based
training, the first thing you should do is run our
browser check by clicking here.
Chances are any problem you are having will be caught with that
test.

especially outside of business hours, e-mail is faster than phone
support. To e-mail your support request, click
here. Be sure to provide a detailed description of your
problem. "I can't get the program to run" does not give us
enough information to know what your problem is. With that
type of information all we can do is e-mail you back and ask for
more details.
