If You Are....
Having a technical issue with our training: A customer and want to learn more about using our training:
  1. Our Knowledge Base lists just about every problem we have ever had is documented in the knowledge base.  The Knowledge Base is available 24/7/365 and is available regardless of the status of your support agreement.

  1. E-Mail us*.  Sometimes, especially outside of business hours, e-mail is faster than phone support. 

Be sure to provide a detailed description of your problem.  "I can't get the program to run" does not give us enough information to know what your problem is.  With that type of information all we can do is e-mail you back and ask for more details. 

  1. To request support by telephone call*:  1-800-810-8326 or 1-802-496-5888.  Official Tech Support hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm EST Monday through Friday.  However, if you call in the evening or on the weekend, there is a good chance someone will be here to help you.

*E-mail and phone support are available to customers with active support agreements.  All web-based training comes with full support - there is no additional charge for support. 

 

Computer-based training (Single Computer and LAN) comes with 1 year of Support and Upgrades and can be renewed after that.  For more information on our computer-based training support policy, please click here.
